Help

So here I am asking for your advice, my dear readers. Having dutifully signed up for lala.com (in order to be as hip as possible), I am now notified that I have 15 song credits that will expire in 3 days. So my question to you is: what fifteen songs should I acquire with said song credits?

If you only recommend one song, that's fine. Unless you recommend something I already know I don't want, I'll take the first 15 songs recommended.

And remember I only have three days to decide.

Ready, go.

Go get as much of the Roadside Graves' record "My Son's Home", which is 18 songs long. Since you have to skip three, "The Snake..." "Dirty Work", and "Where Water Flows"...

Try "The Outsiders," Needtobreathe. (Also, lala's great for soundtracks.)

I call a foul on Brendan; totally unfair to recommend a whole album in one post. Ban him from the comments :) When you are travelling and missing your lovely wife/best friend, you gotta play Jason Mraz/Colbie Caillat's Lucky.

You've at least got to get Susan Tedeschi's "Angel from Montgomery," Paul Simon's "Late in the Evening," and Kimya Dawson's "I Love You Sweet Baby."

Thanks for all the suggestions so far. I'm having fun with this.

So Brendan.... can you recommend the 2 best tracks? The 4 best tracks? How about all 18 in descending order of greatness. You don't have anything else to do, do you?

I suggest Jose Gonzalez' excellent cover of "Heartbeats," and "Do You Realize??" by The Flaming Lips.
